Contract PT and OT Positions

A Therapeutic Touch Rehab Services (ATTRS) has been delivering exceptional care to home health and hospice clients for over 14 years through the therapy services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology) we provide. We are currently in GREAT NEED of contract physical and occupational therapists across the Greater Phoenix area.

HIGHEST IMMEDIATE NEEDS for PTs are in the NW Valley, SW Valley, Central Phoenix, and Scottsdale areas and

HIGHEST IMMEDIATE NEEDS for OTs are in the SE Valley, the NE Valley (including but not limited to Fountain Hills), and Scottdale,

although there is a need for caring, skilled clinicians throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

We at ATTRS are the liaison between home health agencies/hospice companies and clinicians with a constant focus on advocating for therapists while providing excellent service to agencies and their patients.  Due to this focus, we have a steady influx of referrals but not enough therapists to meet patient care needs.

As a contractor working with ATTRS, you are able to work where and when you wish. Home health experience is preferred but not needed.  Recent graduates should feel free to contact us.  I, Kenya (pronounced Keenya), the owner of ATTRS have been in home care since 2001.  If you have no home health experience or even if you have much, I am here to provide needed support.

Basic Requirements

• Degree in physical or occupational therapy from an accredited educational institution
• A valid license to practice physical therapy or occupational therapy in the State of Arizona
• Driver's License
• Auto insurance
• Professional liability insurance at $1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate
• Updated CPR
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance or application

If you choose to work with several agencies, some have additional requirements.

Pay Rate: $80-$95/visit or evaluation.  Start of Cares (admission to agency evaluations) are paid at a higher rate and are not a requirement for hire. Please inquire for further information.
