Responsibilities
• Coordinate crisis respite placements and scheduling
• Communicate with case managers and referral sources
• Send and respond to emails regarding client placements
• Maintain service documentation and records
• Assist with staff coordination and scheduling
• Support the management team with crisis placement logistics
• Ensure staff coverage for client needs
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
• Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Experience in healthcare, social services, or coordination roles preferred
