Residential Treatment Program Supervisor - South Eastern Family Project
Annual Salary: $56,000 + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Monday - Friday 1 pm to 9 pm
The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (HNNCSB) is seeking a Residential Treatment Supervisor for the South Eastern Family Project (SEFP), a residential substance use disorder treatment program serving non-pregnant women, pregnant women, recently postpartum women, and their infants.
SEFP is a 3.5 and 3.1 ASAM-level comprehensive residential treatment program providing gender-specific, person-centered behavioral health services in a safe and supportive environment.
This leadership position is ideal for professionals with experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, and residential services who are passionate about supporting women and families in recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a clinical caseload including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and discharge planning
Provide supervision and support to residential treatment staff
Ensure clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Conduct eligibility screenings and behavioral health assessments
Monitor resident progress and support person-centered treatment plans
Coordinate services with community partners and healthcare providers
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
Supervisory experience preferred
Must be registered as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with the Virginia Board of Counseling or eligible for CSAC Supervision Approval within 30 days of hire
Residential treatment experience preferred
