Swim Instructor

About the position

The Swim Instructor at Vivi Swim School is responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. The role requires a passion for swimming and the ability to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Instructors will work both full-time and part-time shifts, accommodating after-school hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Ensure the safety of all students during lessons.
• Create lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Driver's License is required.
• 1 year of swim lesson instruction experience (preferred).
• 2 years of experience swimming on a swim team (preferred).
• Lifeguard Certification (preferred).
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
