Employment Specialist

Berks Personnel Network, a division of Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., is searching for an Employment Specialist. The Employment Specialist provides assessment, job development, training and follow-up support for assigned individuals. Responsibilities include networking and activity seeking competitive employment opportunities for individuals with challenges. Must be a self-starter willing to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to work independently within the community.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. flexible. These are great work hours with paid Holidays starting day one of employment for full time employees!!

This position starts at $19.00 an hour.

Requirements: Computer knowledge is required, experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

All candidates must have a bachelor's degree, have a valid PA driver's license, insurance and vehicle, and clean driving record.
