Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role fits clinicians who want autonomy, a steady caseload, and a patient-first environment.

You treat musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions. You focus on outcomes. You work with a supportive, collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home programs
• Document care to meet clinic and state standards
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and patients

What We Are Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Schedule and Caseload

• Full-time or part-time options
• Outpatient setting
• 10 to 13 patients per day

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000
• Pay aligned with experience and role scope
