Position Overview

The Meadowbrook School is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and relationship-driven Student-Athlete Advocate & Soccer Pathway Coordinator to lead and manage our growing Soccer Pathway program.

This role serves as the central connector between students, families, coaches, and school staff—ensuring that student-athletes thrive academically, socially, and athletically. The Advocate is both a student support professional and a program ambassador, representing Meadowbrook at admissions events, training sessions, and tournaments to help attract and retain mission-aligned student-athletes.

This position is ideal for someone who believes academic excellence and athletic development should reinforce—not compete with—one another.
