We’re looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills through play-based, evidence-informed, family-centered care.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, daycares, or community settings

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

Address areas such as fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, self-care, play skills, feeding, and functional participation, to name a few

Implement creative, play-based, and evidence-informed interventions

Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover in daily routines

Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely, accurate documentation in EMR

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

✅ Minimum Requirements

Current Texas Occupational Therapy License

Pediatric experience - NEW GRADS WELCOME! We have an extensive training program for you!

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to pass background check
