Occupational Therapist
Harbor Children’s Therapy is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to join our established private practice, serving children ages 3 to 18. The caseload includes individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, motor coordination delays, and sensory processing differences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and training in sensory processing, play-based therapy, feeding, or neuromuscular disorders. A strong commitment to supporting children with special needs and their families is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations using formal and informal assessment tools
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate goals
• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent training and support as part of the therapy program
• Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to quality and ongoing learning
• Ability to work effectively with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, positive, and cooperative attitude
• Washington State OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications; valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
