Apple Therapy Manchester at Exective is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! Are you looking for an outpatient orthopedic practice where you can get patients back to activities they love to do? Our small, fun and family atmosphere is what you are looking for! Work with patients who are athletes, runners, weekend warriors, as well as pre and post- surgical rehabilitation. New Grads are welcome to apply. You will have the support and mentoring you need to build your caseload each week become an excellent physical therapist assistant.
Duties
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide direct patient care through various therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, discharge planning, and home health strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
