Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who enjoys both clinical work and collaboration. In this role, you’ll design and oversee ABA programs, support clinical staff, and work closely with families, Program Managers, and the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
• Oversee client programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed
• Analyze client data to monitor progress and program effectiveness
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Program Managers and behavior staff
• Assist in creating training materials and structured programs for supervisors and trainees
• Collaborate closely with the ABA Care Team and Clinical Director
• Support the Clinical Director in developing internal continuing education opportunities for BCBAs
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent care
• Review and assist with progress reports and clinical documentation
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in compliance with company policies
What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 3 years of experience providing and supervising ABA services
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and confident working with a team
• Commitment to ethical practice, including HIPAA and the BACB Ethics Code
