Position Overview

Tandy Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Post Falls, Idaho clinic. This position offers a pediatric-focused caseload, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

Immediate opening. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.

What You’ll Do

Provide pediatric physical therapy services in an in-clinic setting

Perform screenings, evaluations, and treatment sessions for pediatric clients and students

Deliver services in-person, with telepractice as needed

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team

Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Utilize caregiver coaching and evidence-based interventions

Schedule

40 hours per week

Monday–Friday

No weekends

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience and expertise

$5,000+ annual bonus opportunity

Qualifications

Required:

Active Idaho Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Preferred Experience:

Pediatric clinical experience (outpatient or school-based)

Telepractice experience

Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Skills & Attributes

Ability to work independently with strong time management skills

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with electronic documentation systems

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds

Insurance credentialing experience a plus
