Summer Youth Worker – Leadership, Growth & Community Impact
Aliquippa Impact is a Christian, neighborhood-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering hope to the young people of Aliquippa through education enrichment, career readiness, mental health support, mentoring and structured out of school time.
Join a team that transforms community and youth lives while gaining real-world leadership experience. As a Summer Youth Worker, you’ll mentor, engage, and support campers through energetic activities, developmental experiences, and meaningful relationships — all within an environment focused on growth, service, and community impact.
At camp, you will work with youth in grades 1st through 6th grade Tuesday through Fridays. Mondays is a prep day for you to prepare for the week. You will faciitate camp activities including, games, crafts, community impact projects, and off-site field trips.
Ideal candidates and desirable skills:
- College students passionate about youth development, leadership, education, psychology, human services, ministry, or nonprofit work
- Energetic, adaptable, and ready to build relationships with kids and team members
- Interested in professional and leadership development, spiritual formation, community service, and real-world experience
- Comfortable with cultural diversity and servant leadership principles
- Strong communication, positive attitude, leadership potential, willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Students who want to integrate their Christian faith with meaningful service and leadership in a community setting.
