Physical Therapist (DPT) – New Grad Friendly

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is a locally owned outpatient clinic seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (or soon-to-be graduate) who wants strong mentorship, true 1:1 care, and a sustainable career—without burnout.

This is an ideal opportunity for new grads or early-career PTs who want to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, high-quality environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Treat patients 1:1 with manageable caseloads
  • Perform evaluations, treatments, and progressions using evidence-based care
  • Use AI-assisted documentation to reduce charting time
  • Educate and empower patients with clear, practical communication
  • Collaborate with experienced PTs in a team-based clinic culture

Mentorship & Growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $92,500 (based on ~10 patients/day)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or graduating DPT (Montana license or ability to obtain)
  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
