Internship Overview
As a Membership Sales Advisor Intern, you will support membership sales, lead generation, and marketing and administrative efforts. You’ll help deliver an exceptional member experience from first contact through ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Support sales strategies to attract new members and achieve sales goals
- Generate, manage, and nurture leads through phone, email, and follow-up outreach
- Manage new lead intake and first-time visitors, explaining membership options and benefits
Member Experience & Retention
- Deliver personalized sales presentations and goal-based consultations
- Assist with member retention initiatives and referral programs
- Serve as a motivational resource, supporting members in achieving fitness goals
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate membership records and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Process credit card transactions and support proper onboarding and client induction
- Assist with Mindbody software for scheduling, events, sales, client data, and attendance tracking
Events & Community Engagement
- Help design and manage studio challenges and engagement programs
- Support social events, promotions, and community-building initiatives
Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with F45 coaches to support member onboarding
- Assist the Studio Owner with daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Attend and participate in F45 training programs
Qualifications
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and lead nurturing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Familiarity with CRM or membership software (Mindbody preferred)
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community
