About the Role
We are seeking a passionate BCBA Intern who is actively pursuing BCBA certification. You’ll gain hands-on experience under the supervision of a Licensed BCBA while helping children and families reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning
- Collect and analyze client data to guide intervention decisions
- Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs for consistent, compassionate care
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or in final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Currently pursuing BCBA certification and accruing supervision hours
- RBT certification preferred, not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
