Extended Part-Time Property & Evidence Specialist
- Protect the integrity of evidence through proper storage, security, preservation of its condition, and lawful release or disposal of property or evidence.
- Maintain documentation of the process that meets the requirements for chain of custody records and is sufficiently accurate and complete to satisfy any court that has reason to examine the process.
- Safe handling and secure storage for high risk and/or dangerous items such as firearms, narcotics, hazardous materials and flammable and perishable items.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of evidence.
