We are actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Riverwood Health & Rehab in Starke, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate availability, ideal for a therapist who thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes

Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic techniques

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

Contribute to a positive and professional therapy department culture

Qualifications:

Current Florida Occupational Therapist License (or eligible)

• 2+ years experience in Occupational Therapist role 

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

Must pass background check and drug screening
