The Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Dockside Care Center, you’ll play an essential role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence through compassionate and individualized therapy services.

Responsibilities include:

Performing evaluations and developing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.

Providing skilled physical therapy interventions to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient progress effectively.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active or eligible Virginia PT license.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
