Home-Based Therapist (Independent Contractor)

$50/hr • Flexible Schedule • Social Worker–Led Agency

Compassion Community Care is a social worker–owned behavioral health agency serving children and families involved with DCS and Probation. We are seeking motivated therapists who value independence, meaningful work, and excellent pay.

Position Highlights

Pay: $50/hour (1099 contractor)

Schedule: Fully flexible—create your own hours

Caseload: Max 12 families

Work Setting: In-home, community, or virtual (when approved)

Paid Monthly: Contractor payments on the 15th

Training: Documentation support provided

Responsibilities

Provide home-based individual & family therapy

Create treatment plans with measurable goals

Conduct risk assessments & progress monitoring

Attend CFTMs/court as requested

Submit monthly reports by the 10th

Use MI, CBT, and evidence-based practices

Qualifications

Must meet ONE of the following:

Master’s or Doctorate with Indiana behavioral health license

Master's with Indiana temporary permit

Master’s in related human services field with required coursework

Out-of-state clinicians welcome—must obtain Indiana reciprocity.
