LOVB SALT LAKE Event Coordinator Contract, Seasonal | Salt Lake City, UT (On-site)

SUMMARY

The Event Coordinator is a support role providing assistance to the Event Manager prior to and on game day. The position requires flexibility, patience, a go-getter attitude, strong ability to multi-task, and proactive presence of mind to see what needs to be done.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Coordinate with Event Manager on full facility layout to ensure correct placement of all event materials & equipment 

● Provide support services to other areas as needed 

● Set-up and maintain ice chests and water cooler stations at both benches and in locker rooms 

● Assist with installation and set-up of Taraflex court and net system 

● Manage catering area to confirm correct order is provided

● Make equipment/material runs as needed 

● Assist court crew with the proper placement of portable net systems, accurate net hanging, manage any height adjustments, and modify as needed. 

● Assist in managing the provided work crew during all aspects of court installation, event operations, and fan engagement 

● Post game, ensure all equipment is broken down, loaded on truck, and removed from facility 

● Available for 9 set up days/game days in 2026 (January-April) 

TIMELINE OF REQUIREMENTS 

Set-up day: Most events have a one day set-up prior to game day. Unload truck, set-up meeting room/office spaces, and perform any additional pre-set-up tasks. 

Game day: Support event operations for pre game / game / post game.  

Availability: Available for 10 set up days/game days in 2026 (January-April).

COMPENSATION 

$250 per event (includes set day and game day)
