
Complex Trauma-Informed Contract Therapist

Your Role:
- Provide individual, youth, family, rrelationship, and group therapy using trauma-informed, culturally grounded approaches
- Create and mange personalized treatment plans that reflect client needs and strengths
- Maintain a timely, high quality documentation per clinical and ethical standards
- Collaborate with reentry, adult, youth-serving and community based programs
- Participate in peer consultation, rreflective practice, and optional clinical case reviews
- Embrace autonomy and initiative in marketing and growing your caseload and presence in the community
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Ohio MFT, IMFT, LPC, LPCC, LISW
- Ability to provide a minimum of 15 hours of client sessions per week
- Strong communication skills, clinical integrity, and a drive to make meaningful change
- Comfort working with system-impacted, diverse, high-risk individuals and families
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in justice, reentry, foster care, adoption, or community-based trauma work
- Training or certification in trauma modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, NARM, EMDR, DBT, ACT, FFT, MDFT, etc.)
- Cultural responsiveness and a deep commitment to equity in mental health
- Proof of trauma-specific training/certification required for Tier II/III compensation
