Centrally located in Washington State, Northwest Work Options, Inc. is a privately owned and operated outpatient therapy business that focuses on work injury prevention and management. We assist people injured on the job to return to work and work with employers on reducing workplace injuries.
Northwest Work Options, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join the team.
Purpose:
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of injured and non injured workers and work sites using a variety of standardized and industry accepted methods. The PT will make recommendations concerning treatment, home programs, activity and worksite modification, and appropriate next-steps in the claim management process.
The PT will work with the team of professionals including the physician, vocational counselor, employer, and claim manager to execute the treatment plan for best and safest return to work and activity.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Evaluate the client and/or their workstation
- Make appropriate recommendations and create a treatment plan
- Communicate with team members
- Complete documentation timely
- Help with marketing and program development
Education
- Graduate from an approved PT program
Experience
Experience with outpatient therapy, industrial rehab, FCEs, work hardening, ergonomics, splint making is a plus but not required. Willing to train and mentor. New grads encouraged to apply.
License
Must hold a Washington State license as a Physical Therapist or be eligible for one and obtain shortly after hire.
Salary
Depends on experience but new grads will start at $50/hour. Sign on bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k available.
